Get It The FIRST TIME
I love to teach! But I hate it when I train a staff and then when the need comes, I'm asked to tell, not teach, but to tell them all over again how to do a procedure.
I'm very open to training them again, but to drop everything and tell them. I don't think so!
I stay up late researching for a reason, to know what I'm talking about! Now I'm expected to make it easy for you and just tell you all the valuable info I worked so hard to attain?
Teamwork, I get it but a team equally carries the load, not one person.
