Oh The Drama!

As one would think, Beauty Schools are FULL of drama. Not just from the girls and the guys who attend as students, but even the staff!
OMG... Are you kidding me? Full grown adults who do a great job at keeping-the-pot-stirred, and causing major chaos between the student body.
The never ending deal breaker is the teacher who feels he or she has to be the one who has to transport gossip to whoever it pertains to. The teacher you can't trust. The teacher who will do anything to get ahead. This teacher normally has no technical skills. Is usually not very clear on subject matter. Probably has not practiced cosmetology in a while or at all. Last but not least, this kind of teacher does not care ANYTHING about the students!
With all of that said, the selection of a new staff or team member should be the decision of the entire staff. A trial period should also be put into place just in case things don't go as they should.
At some point the students should also have input as to how well is this new staff member working out. This should be done before the trial or probation period is up.
