No Hope

I give

Is it that serious? It's sad but true. A group of educators try to do the right thing but it's never the right thing. Others will go above & beyond but that's never enough either. Then some will do great things which improves or enhances the environment, but it's never good enough.
Not one 'thank you' or 'that's great, good job' or any positive reinforcement at all.
How is this right? Who wants to continue giving their all in a workplace that's so chaotic and negative?
Upper management should be a positive example of how the workplace should be run. Instead you may get reamed-out over something they're to blame and since no one wants to be wrong, it's your fault. On the other hand it's entertaining because you can almost bet the outcome of all their stupidity will be stupid.
What this means is its time to come up with a resolution not for them but for self. When you would normally come up with a great idea for your school, now maybe you should use it for your own good. Why keep beating a dead horse it's not going to getup and run off into the sunset.
It's frickin beauty school and the students should be learning or getting a return on their investment instead of the constant bickering and finger pointing.
Why should upper management blame the small-folks because they can't run their business any better than a half-planned circus? People get tired of madness and chaos and people do have options.
