-Refreshing ends after re-touches
-Introducing your client to color
-Tint-Backs

Ultimately you most certainly should use Demi's whenever you're going darker:-)
Always keep in mind the integrity of your clients hair when using hair colors and lighteners. If it won't work, it just won't work. Advise your client professionally and know that your reputation is at will. Just because you have a client in your chair and she is willing to spend money does not mean to go ahead with the service.
